Vivid Sydney

So how many tripods and cameras can fit on a quayside in Sydney? I don’t know the answer but it was lot! We joined the ranks to snap a few shots of our own this weekend at the Vivid Sydney Festival.

From 25th May to 11th June 2012 some of Sydney’s favourite CBD icons are turned into giant canvases for projected light shows. As the sails of the opera house glow brilliant white between performances of the ‘Urbanscreen’ light show, the Contemporary Art Museum changes through a multitude of colourful themes. Our favourite was the Customs House (pictured below) which had some excellent urban scenes and cartoon characters.
